The
Rich Kasten Band took the stage at the 1st annual Altadena City-Wide Outreach & Festival at 12:00 noon on Saturday the 10th of September and 4 bars in to the first song the power blew! It took the sounds techs about 30 minutes to get power restored and the band returned to the stage and gave a great performance. The band is combination of rock and deep grooved blues that brings uplifting words without ever being cliche Christian. Well worth checking out. This was the bands debut performance with new drummer Dean McCoy. The bands other members include; Scott Duncan on bass, Kirk Carlstrom on guitar and vocals and Ian Tam on keyboard and violin.
The
Rich Kasten Band will be playing an outdoor concert on the 23rd of this month on the Lake Avenue Church plaza. The event is hosted by the LAC Men's Ministry and will feature
Union Rescue Mission CEO,
